Qualified counselors are in demand.

The timing cannot be more prefect. Just when the new academic year is about to start in another three months, students will start planning their further studies as soon as the exam gets over in March. Most of their vacation time will be spent in search of proper universities.

Yesterday, I received the podcast ‘Inside Online Education’ from Capella University, an online university that has the support of more than 20,000 students from 56 countries. The podcast says about another accreditation that Capella received from CACREP (the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs) for two master’s degree specializations.

Knowing the academic field well, I would recommend my students to consider applying for masters degree in counseling, a service oriented course but also pays well. HRD department in big companies are always short of qualified counselors.
