Exporter Code and Paypal withdrawal to banks in India.

At the outset, I am happy that Farhad Irani has made a recent update on 'The Paypal Blog' regarding withdrawal of Paypal funds into banks in India.

If, as a freelancer, I am also required to obtain an IEC code , I will be really proud to be considered as an exporter of services that earns foreign currency for India. But my only concern is the long official procedure for obtaining the IEC code .

Please apply for PAN card if you don't have one.
