Don’t be a mean boss.

I used to read several articles on parenting when I was a young parent. Since my only son has grown up now, I don’t read that much on the subject. Occasionally, a few feeds creep in that I am yet to unsubscribe.

A week before writing this blog post, I received this.

“Sometime between the ages of 3 and 4, kids wise up to the fact that when they do something wrong, they can put the blame on someone else.”They learn that they can fool people," says Tempe-based Arizona State University psychology professor Keith Crnic, Ph.D.”-parenting.com

Though many kids shed this finger pointing habit when they grow up, some carry it to their grave. You can often hear such people always blaming their boss, their spouse, the taxi drivers, traffic and so on. They never take any responsibility for their mistakes.

Their incessant complaint will mostly be on their present job and their boss. Sometimes, I wonder whether they derive sadistic pleasure out of it.

Then why do they linger on? Why not take up a franchisee from vendstar and be your own boss? It is very well known that Vendstar has been creating thousands of bosses every year by providing a unique opportunity for individuals and entrepreneurs to obtain the American dream of financial freedom.

Bulk vending machines are a 100% cash business and can provide up to an 80% profit margin. They also offer the opportunity to work from home and set your own hours.
