All you have to is to register yourself for free with Rate it all.
Other members like you have created web lists in several categories such as shopping, Internet, computer, software, health and so on.
You just have to click on the category of your liking and broswe through several lists of websites, visit the web sites individually and give your rating to that. Thats all.
While creating your profile, give your Google AdSense id. The idea is pretty simple - if you contribute to the Rate It All by creating new listings, rate the existing listings and invite your friends, then you are on your way to earn.
