How about displaying a 'Jobroll' just above your blogroll? Once in place, the jobroll widget will show various job listings under different categories. When your blog visitor clicks on a job listing, you are paid.

You can also place a 'Job Search Box' in your blog. The clicks on the search results will fetch you cash.

I don't have the details of revenue sharing but I believe it is pretty low, otherwise it would have been very popular blog monetization program.
